Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a soothing ambiance with genuinely friendly and impeccable service.

The view was fantastic, location was good, hotel was spotless

The room was too warm even though it was freezing as we stayed in December - air condition not working properly, possibly because of gaps in the door. Slept with two windows open and room still too warm- if this was sorted then I would have no problem recommending this hotel

Exellent views,clean nice hotel,friendly front desk staff, concierge not helpful at all! but brilliantly located,

You didnt get much for your money in the hotel restaurant and it was found to be highly priced. everything is money orientated but that is New York all round something as easy as enquiring which terminal you need to take leads to a ten dollar fee to check the net yourself! ( which i would of expected the concierge to do??) but as you can see only minor points great hotel and great location.
