This is a brand new, deluxe boutique 4-star hotel on Crowmell Road, with a grand opening date of 1st of May 2007.

On a side road in Kensington lies the Ashburn hotel. With 38 bedrooms this hotel has had a complete makeover and the new owners have turned this property into a luxury boutique hotel, of 4-star deluxe standard. Hosting dark wooden characteristic furniture combined with new technology, comfortable beds and modern pieces in all the bedrooms, this hotel aims to get the small touches right.

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Location is great. The style of hotel and rooms is really nice. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast good with good service. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast room a bit small and sometimes a queue at peak times, but not a big problem.

Very attractively renovated. Very conveniently situated for shopping and main attactions. As quiet as can reasonably be expected in central London. Room was quite small but beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Air con a bit noisy but main issue was the incomprehensible shower settings. Torrent of powerful water which was just tepid as we couldn't see how to make it hot. Sorted it by sheer accident just as we were about to leave.

We were upgraded for free to an absolutely lovely room! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was very nice, with a very comfortable little dining room. A really very lovely hotel!

The dining room is to small for the number of rooms which lead to delays in getting breakfast.

Shower water only lukewarm. Had to wait over 20 mins for a table at breakfast also no plates or cutlery.
