The location was very good, it's close to everywhere. The staff spoke good English and was really helpful explaining where I could go / places I could visit and also restaurants I can go during new year eve. I am very pleased with the front desk girl / receptionist.

The room was very small. It was a nice room but I didn't expect to have single bed room which one side was closed to the wall.

The manager Victor was so helpful in setting us up with a place for my 9 year old son. He went out of his way to ensure our comfort.

The staff were all extremely helpful with any question or need that we had. The breakfast was very good, many choices. Great location!

The staff were nice, warm, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk away from Louvre and a metro station.

I wish the hotel room were equipped with a fridge and a safe.

Very welcoming staff and great location. Hotel tidy and functional

The room was very small but had everything that was needed. The views are limited, maybe worth not asking for views and getting a bigger room

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is welcoming, very friendly and helpful, the overall atmosphere of the hotel and my room in particular was very charming (the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable), the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I booked a shuttle service from and to CDG which also worked well.
