This hotel is located in the heart of the city, only 400 metres from the main railway station and a few minutes walk from the River Alster and the town centre.

Our restaurant "Le Jardin" offers a wide variety of culinary delights:
- Our "Raphael-Buffet" is available from Monday to Friday from 18:00
- On Sundays we offer a champagne brunch with enchanting background music from 11:30
- On Saturdays we provide a musical buffet from 17:30

In the summer you can dine on our terrace.

Following an eventful day, unwind with a drink in our bar "Captain's Corner".

The dinner buffet was good in quality and variety. The double bed room was clean, large and comfortable. We liked the large bath room with a bath tub too.

Hot water from the shower was acceptable but not hot enough.

The room was noisy with the traffic outside. It was like the windows were not double glazed! There was no one on reception Friday night, late.

The staff were friendly and the use of free internet in the lobby was good.

We stayed in a designer room and it was really tiny and overpriced. There is barely any room around the bed. The bathroom was also very small. We would not stay there again.

Some 4* hotels can be quite rude to young people stopping in groups. We stopped here after a music festival and must have looked pretty rough on arrival but they were still very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good english. In addition to this the price of items in the mini bar was excellent. The unlimited access deal on the movies and internet was excellent.

Nothing!!! It was the perfect stay!
