My wonderful view over the Aussenalster. The staff ould not have been more helpful. I thought that the breakfast was expensive pariticularly if you did not want to eat a huge amount! |

This hotel is not even close to 4star. It is stuck 25 years ago. Everything is old and overpriced. I think the WiFi was 24euros per hour. And breakfast 33 euros. |

only the location I don't know how they use a sound chain name as Kempinsky, they are not worthy of belonging to these group. and not worhy of being a 5 star hotel. The staff are very ineffcient, the amnities are equivilent to 3 star hotel stuff, and so on. |

The view to the Alster and the charme of an old fashioned luxury hotel room furnitures old and well worn, beds with just one pillow, bathroom poor, needs refurbishment, insects in the room, Internet access is a rip off. |

The hotel was located centally It was definetely no value for money. We got the oldest room which hadn't been changed for the last 30 years. When we complained, we got a better room, but still very old and again no value for money. During our stay a party was held in the hotel, which kept us awake until 3 in the morning. |

It took nearly an hour to get two fried eggs and bacon for breakfast - had completely forgotten about me. €33 for that was appalling. The business centre had internet issues and it took the it Manager 20 mins to come and help - I missed online check in for my flight home. Will not be back. |

Unfortunately I didn't get to use the hotel to it's full advantage because I basically just slept there as my purpose for being in Hamburg was attending a conference ( excellent in CCH) and this absorbed my time. While I found the hotel comfortable, I found your pricing for extras uncomfortable.....I made one short phone call to Ireland and was shocked at the cost. |
