This is one of the most vibrant hotels in Frankfurt. Superbly designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, our hotel offers excellent rooms and service. This is the most strange hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. It works since September 2008 and I have a felling people who desided to go into that bussiness have no experience in it.

The staff of the hotel does not speak German (local language) nor English. One has to insist on getting an invoice, if not you don't get one.

Very close to the exhibition grounds. Walking distance! Big room.

hinese Receptionist who ytied his best but the service is very poor. The staff is amateur, no cleaning of rooms, no changing of towels, Breakfast very poor

See above. Itravel for exhibitions every two weeks and this was my first bad experience in Germany. I do not think I will book from your website any more as you have let me down twice this month. We make over 300 nights booking every year for my staff. I expect a better description and service.
