In this easily accessible location beside an S-Bahn station you can enjoy comfortable accommodation with high-speed internet access and modern business equipment. Events, meetings and banquets can be held in our 2,000 m² conference centre, which is perfectly designed to meet the demanding and diverse needs of up to 2,000 guests.

Following a hard day’s work or sightseeing, unwind in the hotel’s indoor swimming pool or gym, or use the jogging path which runs along the river from right outside the hotel. During the annual Bockbier festival, guests can sample strong lagers on the terraces of the Nockherberg some 5 minutes away.

All 14 of the hotel's conference rooms are versatile and fully equipped, and most benefit from natural daylight. The largest room can accommodate up to 600 delegates.

Food & beverage

Opened in March 2008, the Restaurant Grat³ offers modern Bavarian cuisine, international specialities, a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. Gain an insight into the work of our chefs by observing the unique, live cooking station. Breakfast is available here between 06:30 and 10:30, while lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00.

The Hoch³ bar is open from 10:00 to 01:00 and offers cocktails, drinks, Bavarian tapas and snacks. This makes a pleasant meeting point throughout the day, whether you require a morning coffee, an afternoon tea, a late night drink or just a chat with your friends.

The hotel’s standard rooms can accommodate up to 3 people. The family rooms can host up to 4 people. Extra beds are available on request.

Area information

Within the hotel’s building complex you find the S-Bahn station "Rosenheimer Platz", which provides access to the city’s entire transport network. The international airport, the main railway station and the trade fair grounds can all be reached with ease.

Numerous attractions and large company offices can be found within a 3-kilometre radius. The Olympic centre and Schloss Nymphenburg are each 8 kilometres from the hotel.

Only the location , for the rest i will send a complain to the Holiday inn

yes the managment of the hotel is careless not responsible , disorganized , you have to wait for 50 minutes to be seated for the breakfast , no trollies to carry the luggage , no concierge , no soap or shampoo in the bath , the staff are over worked , in general it was a bad experience and as i was informed by the front desk manager that the wil new concept of Holiday inn hotels without service

Close to city center, comfortable rooms. From my experience I can mark as 5*. Good breakfast.

Extremely high internet price - EUR 22 per 24 hrs. Wire internet - no WiFi.Thus, total price seems to be high. Also absence of safe box.

Great location. Great breakfast choice.

Huge difference between the quality of the room of the one in which I stayed before and the room I stayed this time even though they both had the same price. To many people in the restaurant (breakfast) so we needed to wait for a long time so we could eat.

The fact that it has a subway connection underground makes the hotel a very convenient one.

The personnel at the front desk seemed to be unexperienced and were not particularly very friendly,

Reception girls were very helpful and serviceminded. Familyroom suited our needs very well.

The caos in the resturant during the breakfast!! The personell was understaffed. Difficult to find a clean table...Food was nice, but the environment did not give you a relaxed start of the day.
